A lawyer has won a lawsuit against coffee chain, Starbucks, after a hot cup of decaf was spilled on her foot. Alice Griffin, a 42 year old Manhattan attorney, says she was at a Starbucks on Seventh Avenue when the clerk failed to put an insulating sleeve on the cup, then slid the cup across the counter, where it fell on her foot.

A survey states that more than half of women develop a 'disordered way of eating' when they hit 40. Top Sante magazine conducted the survey, and they found that 6 out of 10 women over 40 are not concerned about issues regarding their weight. More than that, 3. 5 of 10 dislike or hate their bodies and 7 out of 10 said they would prefer to go back to their figures before they added on the weight.

Some Brewer's blackbirds at the California town of San Luis Obispo are pecking the heads of residents crossing their habitats. The birds, apparently protecting their young during nesting season, are swooping down and attacking the heads of patrons making their way to a shopping center café.
