Thais are changing colors as fast as 79-year-old King Bhumibol Adulyadej dons a green polo shirt after emerging in public in a pink blazer. Public demand turned green after His Majesty the King appeared in a green jacket on his return to Siriraj Hospital on Tuesday to visit his elder sister, Princess Galyani Vadhana. Last week, pink was in after the king emerged from hospitalization in a pink blazer.

A life-size nude self-portrait woven on a monk's cloth, vanished Monday night from Linfield College where it was being exhibited. Tamera Bremer was visibly upset when her life-size nude self-portrait titled "the sexy sex: all-nude review rug one," was stolen from the exhibit.

Scientists at the Brandeis University in Massachusetts were saddened when a "gifted" parrot died after 30 years of helping researchers better understand the avian brain. Scientists said, the death of "Alex," an African Grey parrot, left them feeling as if they had lost a loyal colleague.

A Singaporean biscuit manufacturer is trying to have its name placed in the Singapore Book of Records, the nation's counterpart to Guinness. Jacob's Biscuit is hoping to have a place in the book by creating the largest sculpture made of biscuits. The renowned biscuit-maker has consumed more than 24,000 biscuits of varying colors and shapes.
