In a bid to promote HIV-AIDS awareness in the city, a government agency in the north Indian city of Chandigarh has opened a "Condom Bar" where instead of small change for bills, patrons are given packs of condoms. Standing true to its name, the bar has a condom logo featured on everything inside from the glasses used for serving drinks, interior decoration and waiters' uniforms.

A couple in New Zealand were "horrified" after they discovered an unused condom inside a small sports bag that came with a happy meal gift bag they bought for their seven year old granddaughter. The incident happened Tuesday night when Suzanne and Rowan Hatch stopped at a Wellington McDonald's outlet and bought the gift pack as a pre-theatre treat for the girl.

Americans have sex 85 times a year on average. That turns out to be 18 times less than the global average. Worse still, only 48 percent of Americans say they are fully sexually satisfied, according to a survey. The survey found about 31 percent of American adults experienced difficulties in having an erection and one-third have problems sustaining one. The Survey also found Greeks have the most active sex lives while Japanese are the least active. It found 42 percent of Australians, Chinese, Swiss and Brits were happy with their sex lives. In contrast, Nigerians, Indians and Mexicans have a sexual satisfaction rating above 60 percent. "We need to invest in taking time out with our partners, de-stressing ourselves and lifestyles and introducing some romance into our relationships," a sexuality educator was quoted as saying. The survey was the first part of the Sexual Wellbeing Global Survey, by condom maker Durex. More than 26,000 people across 26 countries have questioned in survey.
