Police in Berlin shut down a downtown street and evacuated a building after a possibly dangerous find. German police are now apologizing after claiming a tree stump, discovered by construction workers, was an unexploded bomb from World War II.

Tom Tuduj, 33, was charged with first-degree murder after he fatally stabbed his own CEO Tuesday. Tuduj, an appraiser and bidder at Poter Construction and Development, was irritated after he received a negative review on Monday. Gary Poter, the 48-year-old CEO, was in his office when Tuduj got in. Both parties struggled for a while before the employee succeeded to overcome Poter. He seriously stabbed him on the chest with a kitchen knife.

The dismembered body of a woman was found floating in a Sunrise canal on Wednesday by construction workers. The woman apparently had been attacked by an alligator. Police identified the woman as Yovy Suarez Jimenez, 28, whose family members had reported her as missing and said that she had gone out jogging along a bicycle path on Tuesday evening.

A raccoon has been found with his own penthouse apartment. According to local officials, a raccoon has been living on top of a 43-story building in Chicago.

A Croatian man sifting through some fresh soil, found the remains of a Nazi soldier while working in his garden. Bruno Marincic claims he purchased the soil from construction workers who worked on a nearby highway.
