If two is company; three is definitely not a crowd for Lynette and Dusty Johnson, who were blessed with three babies when they were expecting one large infant.

A community benefit was held last Sunday for the couple to help ease medical costs and living expenses for triplets Marissa, Silas and Anna, who were born Nov. 14.

AP quotes father Dusty Johnson as saying, "It touches our hearts that (our neighbors) put other people's needs ahead of theirs."

Following a history of overweight children, the Johnsons' were expecting to have one large infant instead of three. Their eldest child, Christopher, now 3, weighed more than 9 pounds at birth and his 1-year-old sister Abigail weighed 10 pounds.

The triplets are doing well except for Silas, the boy who was put on oxygen shortly after birth and remained in the hospital for 17 days. He is home now and doing well, his parents said adding he has put on a few ounces too.
