The man suing Home Depot for a prank plans to move forward with his case after passing a polygraph test about the incident. Bob Dougherty, 57, alleges he got stuck to a toilet seat in the restroom at Home Depot's Louisville store. He said he was in a hurry to use the bathroom and sat down after finding there were no paper seat covers left. He said his legs and buttocks got stuck to the seat and employees ignored his pleas for help.

An Indian crime reporter has been arrested over dozens of car thefts and burglaries, accused of using his contacts to move stolen goods. Local newspapers reported police picked up 42-year-old Sanjay Kumar Singh and three friends in New Delhi after being tipped off they were meeting to plot more car thefts in the capital.

It was Homer Simpson's dream come true when a tractor trailer, carrying 2000 cases of beer, overturned in Northern Toronto's highway 401, covering the road in a sea of frosty brew. The accident occurred in the early morning hours when a small car collided with the truck. Rescuers worked to free a woman trapped in the small vehicle.

An Australian woman has invented a 3-step toilet training system for cats called the "Litter-Kwitter. " Jo Lapidge successfully taught her family's Burmese cat, Doogal, to use the toilet. The Litter-Kwitter starts with a red toilet seat-shaped disc filled with cat litter and sitting on the floor next to the toilet, like a normal tray. Next the red disc is placed on the toilet so the cat can get used to jumping up onto the seat.
