A former boxing champion in Britain was slammed a life sentence on Friday after killing a man with a punch, at a party organized last October. The assailant, Garry Delaney, 35, will serve at least 11 years in prison after prosecutors found him guilty. Delaney's victim was 23-year-old Paul Price. According to court testimony Price was lifted off the ground by the punch and fatally hit is head on the ground when he fell.

An 80-year-old man on Wednesday admitted possessing drugs and trading them for sex. The man admitted that he sold crack cocaine from his house and gave some of the drugs to prostitutes in exchange for sex. In front of a jury, Felix Cocco, of Pittsburgh, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Two days before Germany faces Argentina in the World Cup, Argentina tax officials confiscated a man's plasma tv because of tax evasion. According to press reports, it was the latest move in a shock campaign by Santiago Montoya, the top tax man in Buenos Aires province, to stop tax evasion in Argentina.

A 12-year-old boy managed to fight off a mugger by breaking his nose after the suspected thug jumped from behind a bush and tried to steal his cellular phone. The mugger was mistaken when he thought the young boy would be an easy target for him, only to find out seconds later that he had met his match in the struggle.

A man who pretended to be a station attendant and "sold" gasoline to drivers for $10 a tank was arrested by Police after an employee of the gas station got suspicious of the theft. According to a report by the Associated Press, Police said that Joseph K. Boulware, 41, dispensed 450 gallons of gas from a gas station in West Baltimore using a magnetic key which needs a code.
