Three-year-old Riggs, a bulldog from Prairie City, Iowa won the "Beautiful Bulldog" contest Monday, beating 50 odd dogs in a contest including the likes of Sir Grizwald Snorzalot, Napoleon Underbite and Crazy Legs Da Moose. What does it take to win a bulldog "beauty contest?" Riggs' owners say it was his personality that got him the top spot. The contest is held annually to draw attention to the Drake Relays, one of the nation's oldest and most prestigious track and field events.

he world's longest-running trivia game show, Jeopardy, had its first ever three-way tie on Friday after being on the air in various formats since 1964. A tie-breaker for the Friday game will air on Monday-the first time the famous trivia game show has ever had such an outcome in the more than two decades since Canadian-born Alex Trebek has been the host.

A mysterious 18-inch ice chunk fell from the sky and crushed the upper portion of a car belonging to a man from Florida. The roof of the Ford Mustang, owned by Andre Ravage, 20, was crushed down to its seats on Sunday. Ravage's neighbor Raymond Rodriguez was changing a tire when the strange chunk fell from the sky. A driver threw a 5-foot-11-inch former model off a bus because it was so crowed she would have to stand and her height would block his view of the mirror. Josephine Kime, 23, a TV production worker who lives in Chelsea, said was boarding the No. 9 bus to Kensington High Street in London when the driver told her to get off.

Graphic designer Dave Cornwaithe, from Swansea, England took five months or exactly 90 days to complete his new world record. The 27-year-old Cornthwaite has become a minor celebrity in Australia for his feat and was nicknamed "Crazy Pom. "
