Jeffrey C. Anderson, 55, was arrested after he told a bartender he would "get rid of all the dirt bags in Key West. " Anderson was dressed in a purple women's bathing suit when he was arrested. The 55-year-old was charged for moving with a hidden firearm. He hid his weapon under his skirt, when he approached the bartender. He pulled it out and showed her. She said the man was dancing in the street and exposing his private parts to travelers.

A Californian city owes big bucks to a strip club after trying to change local zoning laws in an effort to shut it down for good. The city of San Bernardino owes the all-nude lounge, the Flesh Club, $1. 4 million after a court ruled that the zoning ordinance the city used to prohibit nude dancing at the club from 1995 to 1999 was unconstitutional.

Baylor University in Waco, Texas, which bills itself as the world's largest Baptist college, has threatened to discipline female students if they pose for Playboy magazine, which is trying to recruit models from the college. Playboy photographers came to Baylor's hometown seeking models for a photo spread on women of the Big 12 college athletic conference, of which the college is a member.

The owner of a Boise, Idaho, strip club that was publicized in international news for its "art night" promotion, pleads guilty to three misdemeanor charges for violating Boise's anti-nudity law. Boise law requires dancers to wear at least pasties and thongs, although the law has a clause allowing nudity for "serious artistic merit. " Christopher Teague, the owner of the club Erotic City, said they began art night because he feels the ordinance is unconstitutional.
