A driver serves to avoid a cat in the road and ends up striking a teenager on a skateboard. The teen was later pronounced dead at an area hospital. Kevin Rivers, 17, of Jacksonville, was reportedly standing by the side of the road with his skateboard Saturday night when he was hit.

Army sources are reporting that there is an ongoing investigation of troops taking photographs of dead Iraqis and trading them to a pornographic Web site in return for access to that site. "There is no criminal investigation into the matter of photos of deceased bodies in Iraq being posted on the worldwide Web anonymously," says Army spokesman Paul Boyce. "Army criminal investigators examined this recently as a preliminary inquiry but found there is no specific evidence of a felony crime. "
