A fish caught in an east German lake manages to lure a fisherman - to his death. A spokeswoman for police in Eisenhuettebstadt, says the fish pulled the rod out of the 46-year-old man's hands and dragged it away from shore. That's when the man took off his clothes and swam to retrieve the pole.

A 12-year-old girl collapses at a Disney World water park Thursday and later dies. Authorities at the Orange County Sheriff's Office report the girl was in the wave pool at Typhoon Lagoon when lifeguards noticed her lying on a ledge, out of the water.

Officials say, Wim Duisenberg, the former European Central Bank chief who helped create the euro currency, was found dead Sunday, in his swimming pool in southeastern France. He was 70. An autopsy shows Duisenberg drowned after an unspecified cardiac problem. He was found unconscious in the swimming pool at his home in the town of Faucon. Police say attempts to resuscitate him were unsuccessful.
