A 15-year-old boy is ruled delinquent for skipping school to marry a 37-year-old woman who is pregnant with his child. Georgia Juvenile Court Judge Mary Carden also prohibits the teenager from contact with the woman he married.

Carden has ordered the teen's probation from a previous burglary sentence be continued as long as he lives under the care of another relative - but not his grandmother, Judy Hayles, his former guardian.

The judge will allow the boy to leave Hall County custody as soon as another relative is selected.

The teenager, identified only by his initials A.S.G., admitted in a juvenile court hearing he violated his probation by missing school and leaving home Nov. 8 to marry Lisa Lynnette Clark. Clark has been charged with child molestation.

The judge also ordered A.S.G. to enroll in school, enter an alcohol and drug treatment program and undergo counseling.

Delinquency means being in violation of a charge as a minor that would be a criminal matter for an adult.
