A 48-year-old man was arrested Monday morning after he repeatedly rammed his pickup truck into his estranged wife's home, causing serious damages to another parked vehicle and the house itself. Eric D. Marienau was arrested without incident and was charged with aggravated assault, drunken driving, and other felony charges. According to police, Marienau parked his full-size Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck next to his wife's house, went over to the fence and began shouting for her to bring him a cigarette.

When Simon Luffman paid off his wife in their divorce settlement, little did he know that the same money would be used for his own murder. The man's wife, Yvette Luffman and her new lover reportedly used $2,000 from the settlement money to get Luffman killed. According to The Daily Mail, Luffman, 39, was killed in 2003 by Thomas Convery, who is now sentenced to life in prison. Yvette Luffman and her lover, Wayne Briscoe, were sentenced Wednesday to a minimum of 20 years in prison.

A survey conducted by training consultant DDI, who polled 600 managers, found that promotion causes as much stress as a divorce. The survey also found up to half of surveyed managers were unable to cope with the extra work required to maintain their promoted position since they had risen from their junior position.
