A prom is supposed to be a special night for high school students. One student didn't get to experience the fun because he showed up in a dress. Kevin Logan went to the West Side High School prom in Gary, Indiana, on Friday in a slinky fuchsia gown and heels.

Iran's parliament has passed a national dress bill to boycott Western-style fashion that is against Islamic teachings, a report said on Monday. According to an official press statement, the bill was approved on Sunday with 137 votes in favor, 45 against and 11 abstentions. It has to be finalized by the Guardian Council before coming into effect.

A gang of Robin Hood-style thieves, who dress as superheroes and steal expensive food from exclusive restaurants and delicatessens to give to the poor, are being hunted by police in the German city of Hamburg.
