A Chicago limousine driver, Abdul Faraj, has received a priceless tip from one of his regular costumers. Faraj was offered a kidney by Dave Baker, a Minnesota businessman, at Chicago's Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

For several years, Baker had used Faraj as his driver when traveling to Chicago. When Baker got wind of Faraj's health situation, he tried to locate a kidney donor in the Lebanese limo driver's blood group.

"At that time, he tells me, 'What's your blood type?' I tell him O-positive," Faraj told local media. "He said, 'I'm 0-positive. I'll give you one.'" Faraj, a diabetes patient whose kidneys were failing, told local TV stations, "He gave me part of his body. He saved my life."

After the transplant surgeries, Baker said, "This was an opportunity to stop, slow down, take a look around and try to help someone."
