On the other hand, good drivers will be rewarded with apples, during a month-long campaign in the eastern province of Szabolcs-Szatmar-Bereg in Hungary.

In a bid to get rid of the sleazy side of Sao Paulo, Mayor Jose Serra decides to shut down two high-class brothels after they put up sexually explicit advertisements on 30 billboards across South America's largest city. Both brothels posted ads to attract racers and pit crews in Sunday's Brazilian Grand Prix. Serra wants the billboards to be covered with blank white sheets.

Florida Governor Jeb Bush's youngest son reportedly pushed an officer multiple times while being arrested in Texas on suspicion of public intoxication. According to court records, 21-year-old John Bush was arrested by agents of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission at 2:30 a. m. Friday in an Austin bar district.

Massachusetts state Legislature is considering a bill that fines drivers who fail to de-ice and de-snow their cars before traveling during the frigid winter season. If it passes, The Associated Press reports, Massachusetts could become the first state to require snow- and ice-free cars.
