In what could be the first ever incident of its kind, Ravenna police have fined a drunk driver, not behind the wheel but behind the handlebars. Brenda Jones ran a red light and ran into a car at a busy intersection on her Roadmaster bicycle.

German police officers were left astonished on Tuesday when they stopped a 28-year-old Polish woman who was drunk, driving a stolen car without a license, on the wrong side of the road. "I don't think I've ever encountered such an accumulation of traffic offences. Vermilion, OH (AHN)-Police have arrested a man accused of operating lawnmower while drunk. 50-year-old Dondi Bowles was arrested about 9:45 p. m. on Friday as he drove the mower on a sidewalk in a town about 40 miles west of Cleveland.
