Dutch hooligans are being kept to cheer for their favorite football teams and cause chaos in their own private homes rather than at the stadium.
The Dutch ministry for Justice is making sure that they are kept away from local stadiums in order to avoid any havoc during games by voice detection.
A computer that has voice verification software calls banned fans on their home phones when the match is about to kick off.
The fans have to say sentences which have been agreed in advance as a computer is able to tell if the call has been put through to a mobile phone, according to the ministry.
