A woman was arrested for allegedly selling crack by putting drugs in her purse and lowering them from her second-floor window with a rope. While the crime may be average, the accused is not; the woman is 76-years-old.
She was arrested last week on possession charges and sale of a controlled substance; she was later freed on $10,000 bail.
Minnie Perlotte Collins is accused of selling $20 worth of crack during a sting, where police also found a gun and ammunition in her home, as well as a purse attached to a rope next to her bed.
