One thing leads to another and according to Australian brothel owners sex and smoking go together. Reuters report that Australian Adult Entertainment Industry had written to Victoria state officials seeking an exemption to laws which ban smoking in workplaces for fear they will drive prostitutes back onto the street.

In a move to protect their business, Australian brothel proprietors want the country to adjust its anti-smoking laws so that sex workers and their clients can smoke while fornicating. The Australian Adult Entertainment Industry wrote to the authorities, requesting that a law which bars smoking at work places be exempted for brothels.

A Southern California oceanfront home is pegged at $75 million for sale listing price, Tuesday. An analyst with the National Association of Realtors told Reuters that the 30,000-square-foot custom-built estate belongs to Frank Pritt, founder of software company Attachmate Corp. The estate features a car museum, entertainment complex, gymnasium and mini water park.
