A high school biology and earth science teacher has been charged with felony for allegedly creeping into a cemetery vault with two teenage students and taking photos of them handling corpse's bones. Candace Longworth will face a 10 years in prison if convicted. Authorities have charged Longworth with a charge of disturbing and defiling a dead person from a place of burial and two misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. There's a Koala baby boom on one Australian island and scientists are hoping to slow that down. Scientists are hoping a new contraceptive dart will slow down the population explosion of koalas on Kangaroo Island. The island's eucalyptus trees are dwindling and the island's 28,000 koalas are eating themselves out of a habitat. The animals eat nearly a pound of leaves every day. So far, the contraceptive darts have proved 100 percent successful.

A British court sentences a blind man to a three-month suspended sentence after he confessed to driving a car. Warley magistrates court also barred Omed Aziz, 31, from driving for three years.

A blind man who was pulled over last April for erratic driving in Oldbury, West Midlands, is due to be sentenced Monday. Police who pulled the car over were told the man in the passenger seat, who also had been banned from driving, was giving him instructions on where to steer and when to break. Not surprisingly, Omed Aziz, 31, was convicted of dangerous driving.

A door falls off a Brazilian jet, and crashes next to a supermarket shortly after departure from Sao Paulo. The TAM airplane was able to land safely, despite the gaping hole. None of the 79 passengers on the Fokker 100 plane were injured.
