Three year-old German Shepherd, Hritik, has reportedly taken up a yoga class in India. His trainer in Ranchi, located in the state of Mumbai, is keeping a close eye on the dog as he practices the traditional exercises. Nanda Dulal told the Mumbai Mirror, "He was weak when he was born. We took special care of him and he gradually became strong after his yoga lessons. He started imitating me two years ago, and now sits beside me when I perform yoga. He follows my asanas [yoga techniques] including my breathing.

A goldfish at the Royal Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh has undergone cosmetic surgery after visitors complained of its ugliness. The fish had an "unsightly" growth on its face and visitors of the museum regularly complained that it looks ugly. According to the Scotsman, the gold fish has undergone the cosmetic surgery to remove a growth from its eye.

A Brazilian man is attempting to land in the Guinness Book of World Records for his ability to pop his eyes out of their sockets. According to the report by Terra Noticias Populares, Claudio Pinto from Brazil, can pop his eyes "almost completely" out of their sockets.

Little Joe the gorilla is getting a new enclosure. The new digs will feature a glass-wall, will cost $2. 3 million and will have room for Little Joe and the zoo's six other gorillas. Little Joe escaped three years ago from the Franklin Park Zoo and mauled a 2-year-old girl. Since then, he's been kept out of the public eye. The renovation will show off all seven of the zoo's gorillas.

A 40 lb tortoise has made his way home, after a slow craw to freedom. Willy the tortoise spent a month roaming away from home, and found his way back to Kellie Copeland-Burnup's wading pool.
