Some people rely on counting sheep at night or a glass of milk in order to get some shut eye, but for some, their bedtime routines tend to be a bit more bizarre. England national Wayne Rooney, who is considered to be one of the most talented soccer players in the world, has recently admitted that he cannot go to sleep at night without have a vacuum cleaner on.

Shots were fired after an argument heated up during a flag football game in Anchorage, Alaska. As the shots were being fired, other players and spectators began scrambling for the exits, even climbing a chain link fence to get out of the open-air Anchorage Football Stadium.

A Japanese monkey escaped the Roanoke city zoo and fled to a nearby forest on Sunday. Officials shut down the park on Monday and embarked on a search in the neighboring forest where they heard her up the trees. Dubbed Oops, the 20-pound Japanese macaque and her siblings were transferred from their cells for cleaning before she vanished early Sunday.

A giant asteroid is set to zoom past Earth on Monday under the close eye of astronomers. The mountain-sized rock was classified as a "potentially hazardous" one, but scientists say there is no danger of it colliding with Earth.

In a research study titled "Emotional Contagion", scientists revealed that emotions can be transmitted to subsequent receivers as fast as the blink of the eye, according to a study findings published in The Washington Post. Elaine Hatfield, a professor of psychology at the University of Hawaii and co-author of the study, says that emotions whether positive or negative are passed from person to person without even the notice of the receiver.
