A 42-year-old man in central Kentucky was accused of exposing his genitals on a Frontier Airlines flight from Louisville to Denver. The man faces trial in October on allegation of obscene and indecent exposure on an aircraft. According to documents filed in the U. S. District Court in Denver, suspect Alan Michael Froula pleaded not guilty Tuesday.

olice have arrested a 37-year-old man from Flagstaff, Arizona for stealing flowers from a funeral. Christopher Billie faces an auto burglary charge after allegedly climbing into a hearse during a funeral to steal flowers piled inside. Authorities were notified when the funeral director at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church called police Thursday night after 8 p. m. , Associated Press reports.

Some 106 aspirants, ranging from jobless to farmers to priests, are eying the presidential seat in South Korea for the December 2007 national elections. A commission on election spokesman Kim Young-Hun confirmed that a total of 106 people have already registered on a preliminary list since the filing of candidacy started in April.

The Philippine Supreme Court rebuked a regional trial court judge in Caloocan City, north of the capital Manila, for using "disrespectful language" in her court documents filed before the high tribunal. Judge Adoracion Angeles was also warned by the SC that she faces serious sanctions if she does not stop this egregious practice. Court records showed Angeles filed several complaints against Senior State Prosecutor Emmanuel Velasco in retaliation for the 10 administrative charges filed by Velasco against her for alleged gross ignorance of the law, manifest impartiality and bad faith.

A 49-year-old man from Boston, Mass. pleaded guilty Wednesday in U. S. District Court to collecting thousands of dollars of false insurance money after he and his wife intentionally ate glass in various restaurants. According to prosecutors, Ronald Evano was supported by his wife, Mary Evano to file fraudulent insurance claims worth more than $200,000. He pleaded guilty to 20 counts of conspiracy, mail fraud, wire fraud, identity theft, making false statements on health care matters and Social Security fraud.
