Prosecutors won convictions against three men for raping a 3-year-old girl in 2005, one of the men is the child's father and the other two are family friends.
The child's mother earlier pleaded guilty to child exploitation charges and is serving a 10-year sentence, the girl is being cared for by her maternal grandmother, who was the first to report the abuse after the child complained that she had been injured.
On Tuesday, the child's father, Timothy Jordan, 38, was convicted of four of five counts of rape he had been charged with and was sentenced to life in prison.
Brothers Johnny Grose, 48, and Glen Grose, 48, also faced five counts of rape each. Johnny Grose was convicted on two counts and sentenced to life in prison, while Glen Grose was convicted on three counts and will be sentenced later because he is a repeat offender.
Krystal Jordan, the child's mother, testified for the prosecution that she knew about the abuse. The child was raped in 2005 and 2006, according to reports.
Nearly 40 percent of reported rape cases in the United States annually are of children.
