The family of Jean Charles de Menezes, who was killed by police in London, will meet the Brazilian President.
The Menezes family have fought to keep the memory of their son alive, after London police shot him in the subway, thinking he was a suicide bomber.
The shooting took place a day after the first London Underground bombing in July, 2005.
The family, which lives in London, is now set to meet Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, as he ends his state visit to the U.K.
A Menezes family spokesman claims the meeting will take place in a diplomatic suite at Heathrow airport, followed by a statement from the family.
