Months after a Connecticut man disappears from a cruise ship during his honeymoon, the victim's family is convinced foul play is to blame. George Allen Smith IV vanished July 5 from a Miami-based Royal Caribbean ship in the Mediterranean Sea between Greece and Turkey. His body was never found.

Smith's sister, Bree Smith, says, "We have no closure, as we have no answers. George has not surfaced, so we have no body to bury and we have no grave to pray at."

Authorities continue to call Smith's disappearance suspicious. Bloodstains were found running from the balcony of Smith's cabin to lifeboats, and a handprint was discovered on the side of the ship.

Loud noises, furniture being tossed around and arguing coming from Smith's cabin, were also reportedly heard by other passengers.

The attorney for Smith's wife claims she isn't a suspect.

The family plans to sue the cruise line for failing to respond to other passengers' alerts during the supposed incident - the FBI continues to investigate.

Smith's sister is confident in the FBI and predicts arrests will be made, "He was murdered at the age of 26 with a promising future and a lifetime of happiness ahead of him. George is a very special person to the family, and we really want to get that across. He should not just be a bloodstain."

A spokesperson for Royal Caribbean says passenger safety is a priority and that the company is fully cooperating with authorities and the family in Smith's disappearance.
