Meatballs cooked in his own liposuctioned body fat is the latest creation by shock artist Marco Evaristti. The Chilean-Danish artist calls the self-styled artwork displayed at the Animal Gallery in Santiago as his criticism of the plastic surgery market. According to The Santiago Times, Evaristti purposely underwent the liposuction procedure last year to create the artwork.

The Food and Drug Administration has approved a drug made by Pfizer to aid the weight management of obese dogs. Pfizer will release the liquid formula Slentrol for around 5 percent of U. S. dogs that are 20 percent beyond the ideal weight.

Michael Warren, 20, dropped 125 pounds in 18 months to advance in a career in law enforcement. The Wintersville resident used to weigh in at more than 300 pounds. Warren was made a deputy sheriff in Ohio County last Monday, two days after his marriage to his high school sweetheart.
