The infamous Watergate building is being purchased by BentleyForbes, LLC. The Watergate building holds both residential and commercial space, even offering a supermarket, and is the site of the burglary in 1972 of the Democratic National Committee office.

A Fort Lauderdale police officer died over the weekend after accidentally falling off a bridge during a traffic stop. The accident occurred shortly after the officer, accompanied by other police, pulled over a suspicious vehicle.

Ten-year-old Devender Harne says his extra appendages give him an advantage over other kids his age. Harne was born with 25 fingers and toes - six fingers on each hand, six toes on one foot and seven on the other. Despite his unusual hands and feet, Devender lives the daily life of any 10-year-old. He goes to school, plays sports and spends time with his friends.

In most cases, however, the "million-dollar" price tag doesn't live up to its connotation - particularly in high-priced areas like New York, San Francisco and Southern California.
