olice have arrested a 37-year-old man from Flagstaff, Arizona for stealing flowers from a funeral. Christopher Billie faces an auto burglary charge after allegedly climbing into a hearse during a funeral to steal flowers piled inside. Authorities were notified when the funeral director at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church called police Thursday night after 8 p. m. , Associated Press reports.

The Chelsea Flower Show played host to several members of the British Royal Family Monday. Queen Elizabeth, Prince Philip, Prince Charles, Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, and Prince Edward all took a stroll around impressive floral exhibits. One garden designer, Isabelle van Groeningen, said Charles was "particularly interested in the grasses. " While Camilla - wearing a patterned shawl over a two-piece lilac jacket and skirt - was taken with sculptures of flowering grass.

Even before the daffodils are out, the world's worst smelling plant, the Titan Arum, has bloomed earlier than expected at Cornwall's Eden Project in Britain. The plant has a pungent and highly offensive stench, which is repellent to humans but captivating for insects. The earlier than expected growth in the Humid Tropics Biome is attributed to high temperatures in 2006 and this year's lack of cold.

A judge on Monday dismissed a harassment charge against a teenage boy whose 78-year-old neighbor accused him of repeatedly "meowing" at her. Alexandra Carasia said that every time she went outside the 14-year-old would meow at her like a cat. The boy's mother said the family had owned a cat they had to get rid of after Carasia told police it was using her flower garden as a litter box. The boy claimed he only meowed at his elderly neighbor twice, but Carasia testified that the meowing occurred every time they they encountered each other.
