A 22-year-old Saudi youth shocked security officers at Cairo airport with his bagful of snakes, baby crocodiles and chameleons. Alarmed by the odd readings of his bags at the departure gate, the officers searched the bags and found the mass of slithery creatures to their horror.

A Carbondale, Colo. man who could hear crazy noises in his head was shocked to discover that his skull was infested with fly larvae. Aaron Dallas suffered from bleeding bumps on his head, which moved and caused terrible irritation to him.

A 50-year-old Canadian man has set out on the first of its kind balloon journey Tuesday, where he will fly an undersized hot-air balloon across the Atlantic Ocean from Canada to England. David Hempleman-Adams, who lives in Box, Wiltshire, set off on the adventurous journey in a helium balloon at 1 am from St John's in Newfoundland, Canada.

Ollie the parrot may be able to fly, but whether he can handle such lofty heights is another matter. The Scottish parrot had to be rescued from a tree top by firefighters after he escaped from a skylight in his home in Musselburgh, near Edinburgh. The Australian Red Sided Eclectus flew for roughly a mile before landing in a 50 foot high tree top. Ollie became so paralyzed by fear that he stayed in the tree top for four days.

A panel of three magistrates dismissed the case of indecent public exposure against a top British judge after they could not find sufficient evidence against him. The court acquitted Sir Stephen Richards of charges that he twice exposed himself to a woman on a South London commuter train in 2006. According to The Times of London, the 56-year-old judge sits in the Court of Appeal and has presided over several high profile cases.
