A man, dubbed "Toe Sucker" by authorities, is back to his criminal ways, after sneaking into an Indiana apartment Sunday night and stealing money before touching a sleeping resident's feet. William Russell was arrested at a hotel not long after he allegedly entered a Greenwood apartment and stole $52 while its occupants slept.

Rocker Lenny Kravitz is being sued for $10,000 over an overflowing toilet. It's the second lawsuit filed against Kravitz for the August 2004 bathroom mess. The initial suit charged Kravitz' leaking toilet allegedly caused "catastrophic water damage" to a neighbor's apartment and now an insurance company wants the rock star to reimburse it for a $300,000 damage claim.

Two women had an unexpected guest arrive during their picnic by the lake. An alligator decided their spicy chicken was just what it was craving. Two women say they were eating by Lake Alice on the University of Florida campus with their children, when the gator splashed out of the water and took their lunch: spicy chicken.
