Threee doctors, two paramedics and a nurse were fired by Pakistani authorities when they found forceps in a 17-year old girl's abdomen from a surgery done three years ago.

The surgical instrument was found in an X-ray last week when the young girl experienced severe pain.

She was brought back to the hospital in southern Sindh province where the operation was performed.
