A five-year-old boy in Teighmouth, Devon in England, wanting a real-life "Thomas the Tank" adventure, took a 60-mile train ride to the shock of his parents. It was reported that the boy, identified as Ben Ford, was walking down the road near his home in Teignmouth, Devon ahead of his parents, when he suddenly disappeared.

Debbie Rowe, Ex-wife of Michael Jackson, has filed a law suit against the pop singer, claiming he has failed to pay her what he promised when the two divorced in 1999. The lawsuit which was filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court, Debbie seeks an immediate payment of $195,000 for attorney fees and $50,000 in living expenses so that she can continue pursuing her child-custody case against him. The next court hearing on the matter is slated for July 26.

The mayor of this rural South Carolina town was ticketed for doing 103 mph in a 55 mph zone. He was light hearted about it to the Associated Press, stating, "Thank goodness I'm not trying to get re-elected. "

n angry car customer, apparently outraged by the deal he got, plowed his SUV through a Miami showroom and set it on fire. According to police, he caused nearly a million dollars in damage, burning about a dozen cars, including a rare Ford GT Heritage. George Georgettis, 56, a supervisor with the city of North Miami Beach, walked away from the dealership Saturday afternoon as if nothing had happened, witnesses said. Police caught up with him a few blocks away from the dealership at 9000 NW Seventh Ave. He was arrested without incident. Police charged him with first-degree arson, a felony, and with felony criminal mischief. He posted a $1,500 bond on Sunday.
