A family of bobcats has moved into one of the many foreclosed houses in an upscale community in Southern California. According to the Los Angeles Times, neighbors in the Tuscany Hills community spotted the felines lounging around and on the Spanish-style house and called authorities thinking the cats were mountain lions. When authorities arrived, they found two adult bobcats and three kittens living in the spacious house.

"Hello, truth. Hello, freedom. " The slogan was printed on the T-shirt Robert McClendon wore in court Monday when his release from prison was ordered, 18 years after conviction of child rape. Franklin County's Common Pleas Court Judge Charles A. Schneider ordered the release of McClendon, 52, of Columbus after new DNA tests showed that semen in the underwear of the then 10-year-old rape victim was not his.

A teacher and a teenager are both dead after a shoot-out in which the two exchanged gun fire. According to reports, Titus Hill, 19, and an accomplice attempted to rob Sean Ellenberger, 39, outside of his friend's home where he and the friend had just installed a new stereo system in Ellenberger's jeep Cherokee around midnight Saturday.

An 11-year-old boy survived after an alligator bit off his left arm while swimming in a pond here Wednesday, but doctors failed to re-attach the severed arm recovered later from the reptile. Devin Funck is in stable condition, Amiee Goforth, spokesman of Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, told Fox News Thursday.
