Local newspaper Etemad reported that a woman named Hengameh claimed her mahr, or dowry after being married for ten years to her husband Shahin who according to her is so stingy that he cannot even pay for her coffee.

Now officially known as Russell Sprout, claims that he had always been called Sprout by his friends who eventually dared me to change my surname to Sprout.

Instead of devouring her for his meal, an eagle decided against hunger and instead opt for companionship by keeping his dinner rabbit for a friend. The owner of a stall in Beizhamen Bird Market, Zhengzhou City, China, said he put the rabbit in the eagle' cage to feed the bird or prey.

A talkative parrot who was never lost for words, lost his will to talk after straying in the wilds of Cambridgeshire for four days. According to his owner Cedric Tunnell, 66, Harley, an African Grey, loves to call them "Mom" and "Dad", could recite his telephone number and was constantly talking all of the time.

fter conducting an internal investigation, Shanghai's metro rail authority found out that their staff was responsible for proliferating the video of couple caught kissing on tape. A formal apology has been issued to the couple, who are now Youtube bred celebrities. Based on the company's investigation, three staff members were found responsible for taping and uploading the video of the couple. Two of of the staffmembers have resigned already, while the other one has been dismissed.
