Local authorities arrested a man for intentionally crashing his vehicle into the car wash after becoming dissatisfied with the service.
The man, 37-year old Assi Touti, was at the Mr. Hand Car Wash complaining about the unsatisfactory job done on his Chevrolet Silverado truck after he drove it through the car wash.
New York's Newsday reported Monday that he was offered a second wash free of charge, but the irate customer refused to wait for it.
"Touti reportedly became agitated at having to wait in line longer and for a second time," said a police officer, "and intentionally drove his Silverado truck into the car wash's computer control, repeatedly, trapping three employees between that machinery and a fence."
Authorities said that the damage totaled about $12,000, not including the revenue lost by the establishment.
Touti was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, as well as three counts of misdemeanor reckless endangerment, according to UPI.
