A German man complained that the horse he just bought was impotent, so a court ordered that viagra be given to the stallion.

Reuters reports that the buyer in the eastern town of Neuruppin refused to pay the full asking price, and shelled out just a tenth of the 4,000 Euro fee ($4,870).

He said the stallion had only one testicle and would not mate with a female horse.

Egbert Simons, a spokesman for the court, says a vet examined the horse and found the testicle.

He adds that when the stallion was given viagra, he was able to performed as desired. The court then ordered the new owner to pay the full price.
