The London-based mother of a seven-year-old girl kidnapped by her enigmatic American ex-husband in the U. S. on Sunday has posted a video on the Internet appealing for the return of her daughter. "Clark, although many things have changed, you will always be Reigh's father and I will always be Reigh's mother. We both love her dearly and have only her best interests and well-being in our hearts. I ask you now, please please bring Snooks back. There has to be a better way for us to solve our differences than this way," Sandra Boss, 41, said on YouTube.

Scott McClellan, in the face of widespread criticism about his tell all book said that at the outset his intention was not to write a book critical of the White House and its boss. Speaking to reporters on Thursday, he said that many publishers had turned down the proposal of his memoirs as uninteresting. However, the writing process changed his views and compelled him to write a tell-all book.

The Blickling Hall has been named the National Trust's most haunted property. The stately home in Norfolk is said to be haunted by three spectres including the headless ghost of Anne Boleyn, second wife of Henry VIII, who was beheaded in 1536.

A Kent librarian who claims a ghost has been flushing his library's toilet is seeking the help of an exorcist in having the unwanted spirit evicted. A 14-year librarian at the Gravesend Library, Gordon Jenns, 61, says the ghost flushes the toilet when he thinks everyone's gone home. "It's happened three times in the past 11 years, always around seven o'clock on a Friday," said Jenns. "It's very off-putting. "

For those of you who think there's a ghostly explanation for those bumps in the night, you're not alone. A new poll shows 34 percent of people believe in ghosts. A new poll by The Associated Press and Ipsos also found 34 percent believe in UFOs and 19 percent believe in spells or witchcraft. Another 48 percent believe in ESP.
