A 13-year-old teenager has reportedly discovered a 2. 93-carat diamond at the Crater of Diamonds State Park in Murfreesboro. Nicole Ruhter's diamond is a tea-colored broken pyramid shaped with several imperfections, but the to-be-eighth grader is happy to have found one. "I was kind of praying to God. I was saying, 'I don't care if it's worth whatever it's worth, I don't care if it's a tiny little sliver of something, I just want something,'" she told the AP of her find. "Ten minutes later, I just found it. "

Hundreds of devotees are flocking to a remote temple in Nepal's Dolakha district, 43 miles east of Kathmandu, to see the sweating statue of a Hindu god. While skeptics are calling it just a process of condensation, the religious leaders are considering it a bad omen and an indication of some imminent political or natural disaster. According to media reports, the statue of Bhimeshwor, who is worshipped as the Hindu God of trade and commerce in Nepal, is thought to have been exuding since Saturday.

Prompted by the loud noises, the neighbors of Worshippers of Christ the Warrior King Church in Massillon, Ohio have petitioned the city, saying the church music is taking away their sleep. Not only are the neighbors disturbed by the noises but they also want to find a solution to the noise at night when the members are leaving the church.

Police in Altamonte Springs, Florida are investigation an unusual robbery where the suspect allowed the clerk to call 911 and apologized after the woman said she might be having a heart attack. However, the robber, who also carried a handgun while looting the Kangaroo Express store on State Road 436, also took $30 and a few cigarettes.

A Russian immigrant living in Virginia was beaten to death with a rock on Thursday when he declined to buy some religious CDs offered to him. The incident took place at a highway rest stop in New Jersey when Brian K. White, approached Michail Makerenko,77, as he was standing by his car. According to reports, White wanted to sell a religious CD to him but Makerenko declined to buy it saying he doesn't need any. This apparently annoyed White, who picked up a rock and struck Makerenko in his head causing fatal blows. White then fled in his white Camaro but was followed by a witness and caught after a 90 mile chase by police.
