The documents will include witness accounts and what the government did to further investigate claims, including the well-publicized 1980 incident which occurred in Rendlesham Forest, Suffolk.

A man who apparently hid drugs in the pocket of her six-year-old daughter's jacket was arrested Monday after he went to the kid's school to retrieve them. According to authorities, Dennis Riker, 41, might have hidden the drugs in the child's jacket during the weekend, but apparently forgot to remove them. In order to remove the drugs from the jacket, Riker went to her school and tried to intercept her while in the school's bus parking lot. However, a staff member at the school would not let him in because Riker was not the girl's legal guardian.

Zimbabwean hairdressers will give free condoms to their clients under an innovative program to reduce HIV infection, backed by a $37 million grant from the British government. The hairdressers have been recruited under a five-year campaign to reduce new infections by increasing testing and encouraging safer sex.

The annual Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom's Fright Fest in Louisville, Kentucky has been drawing flak from parents and animal cruelty groups alike after it offered free admission to anyone who was willing to eat a live Madagascar hissing cockroach. Some parents said the stunt is discriminating against poor children and is a form of child abuse, while an animal rights group is accusing festival organizers of cruelty to cockroaches.

Phonetics experts at the University of London say they can prove that cows moos have regional accents, backing early claims by dairy farmers. John Wells, Professor of Phonetics at the University of London, said, "This phenomena is well attested in birds. You find distinct chirping accents in the same species around the country.
