The class, being taught at a Crunch gym and taught by dancer Amber Efe, shows women how to pivot in high heels and walk like a model.

The son of Miami's police chief is arrested for trying to buy 400 pounds of marijuana from an undercover federal agent. 25-year old Sean Timoney of Philadelphia reportedly gave the agent a gym bag filled with about $450,000 in cash. Sean is the son of John Timoney, who was Philadelphia's police chief before becoming Miami's chief.
