Rio Grande High School Principal Al Sanchez could be in hot water after taking a student to a barber to fix a hair cut he did not approve of. Fidel Maldonado Jr. had the numbers "505," New Mexico's area code and a Zia symbol shaved into his hair. Sanchez thought it could be a gang symbol.

A Wisconsin man is trying to beat the world record for the longest arm hair with his 4. 1 inch long "mutant hair. " The current mark stands at just under four inches. Jon Sanford, 37, says he had downloaded the necessary forms from Guinness, faxed them back and received further directions.

Hardware store owner Charlie Palmer always thought artist Keith McGuckin was a bit eccentric. But when his Nazi gingerbread creation taking residence in Palmer's storefront drew some negative attention he had to give McGuckin the boot. Palmer said, "He's gone way overboard this time. A few of his other displays were on the edge, but never that crazy. "

A New York-based beauty company has introduced a new range of dyes for pubic hair. And Betty Beauty says sales have been brisk since the product line was introduced. The company, which markets the products as "color for the hair down there," has appeared on television and in magazines such as Vogue to promote the hair dyes.

Police are searching for an unknown man accused of telling women they have a tick on them to get them to strip. Police say the man goes to businesses where women from the ages of 17 to 30 are working alone, such as tanning salons and small retail establishments, to carry out the scheme. According to Waukesha Police Sgt. John Konkol, he has told women at at least seven businesses that they have a tick on their clothes and should take them off to find it.
