The only-fair haired women now are foreign models.

A Philadelphia bus driver was arraigned Thursday for the aggravated assault of a 52-year-old woman on his bus. Mario Edney, 53, is accused of grabbing the woman's hair and slamming her head into a pole, before opening the door and pushing her into traffic, reports The Associated Press
