Russian Billionaire Roman Abramovich is awaiting the delivery of a yacht he bought for $354 million- reportedly the world's largest private yacht capable of fending off pirates. The 500-foot Eclipse, about two-thirds the size of the German World War II battleship Bismarck, is equipped with a missile detector and radar equipment, and has bullet-proof windows and armor plating to protect the 41 year old Abramovich from pirates.

Bullet-proof bras designed to be comfortable and injury-proof have been issued to 3,000 policewomen in Germany for their protection. The bras are made of cotton or polyester and are padded. Unlike bullet-proof vests, they have no metal or plastic under-wire or fasteners that can pierce skin and injure the wearer when a bullet hit the body armor.

The leaning tower of Pisa has officially lost its distinction as the world's most lopsided building after a German church steeple that tilts at a 5. 19 degree angle secured the honor in the Guinness Book of World Records. The church tower in the village of Suurhusen applied for official recognition in June, and has just received verification. In confirming the award, Guinness said the Suurhusen church easily beats the tower of Pisa, which leans at only 3. 97 degrees.

A German woman who claims Sir Paul McCartney sent a doppelganger to take a DNA test to prove he wasn't her father has had her case dropped. Bettina Hubers, 44, alleges McCartney - who she calls The Beatles' "cute one" - got her mother pregnant during a three-year affair in Hamburg. German prosecutors investigating fraud charges brought against the singer for allegedly sending a look-alike to the paternity test which took place in 1983 threw the case out of court on Friday, claiming the incident occurred too long ago.
