A fish caught in an east German lake manages to lure a fisherman - to his death. A spokeswoman for police in Eisenhuettebstadt, says the fish pulled the rod out of the 46-year-old man's hands and dragged it away from shore. That's when the man took off his clothes and swam to retrieve the pole.

An early morning trip to the post office turned into a frightening experience for one woman when she found a live corn snake hiding under the mail. The non-poisonous snake, measuring between two and three feet long, slithered into the business post office box that Jean White regularly checks, sending her screaming hysterically for help.

Viewers of a cable access show help police solve a robbery they witness on live television. When a man comes in and demands Gary Spirito's car keys, the host of the Shopping Mania Auction Show thinks it is a joke. He soon informs his audience the robbery taking place before them is all too real.

Local police officers were able to catch a man, who fled an accident site, with the help of some cheerleaders. The cheerleaders witnessed the accident and created a cheer using the license plate numbers. The Lincoln High School varsity cheerleading squad saw the debris from the accident close to the University of Michigan campus.
