A Massachusetts senator said Wednesday she will continue her reelection campaign despite getting arrested Tuesday for bribery charges, including allegedly tucking $1,000 in payola into her bra last year. A statement from Democratic state Senator Dianne Wilkerson handed out by a volunteer outside her campaign headquarters in Roxbury urged voters to reelect her and said she could not reveal details of allegations she took eight bribes totaling $23,500 on several occasions.

A tourist left behind on a dive trip swam all night, covering nearly 10 kilometers through shark-infested water before reaching land in Taveuni, Fiji Monday. Thomas Holz, 40, of Berlin, Germany, was out a scuba diving trip with three other tourists at Rainbow Reef, near Viani Bay in Vanua Levu, according to the local Fiji Times newspaper.

Microsoft Canada has doubled the reward money for anyone who could help find a 15-year-old boy, who ran away from their home in Ontario after being scolded by parents for playing too much Xbox games. Microsoft is hoping that $25,000 more will encourage anyone to provide information or the location of Brandon Crisp of Barrie, 60 miles north of Toronto. The boy, who is addicted to playing Call Of Duty 4 on the Microsoft video game console, has been missing for two weeks now.

Six students from Rice University in Houston are creating a beer than contains more of the red wine's healthy ingredients that help reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer. The research team's leader, junior Taylor Stevenson, said they are using genetic engineering to create a beer with a higher resveratrol content.

South Korea unveiled Monday its first dancing robots to become the second country after Japan to create humanoids that can move its lower and upper body at the same time. Scientists from the Korea Institute of Science and Technology led by You Bum-jae introduced the robot Mahru, which danced to the "Tell Me" song of the local all-female pop group Wonder Girls.
