Some students in Florida are paying the price for mistakenly thinking "casual day" at school meant pajamas. According to officials at the Apollo Middle School in Hollywood, 11 students were sent home after coming to school dressed in night-time attire.

The Prince of Wales, who was once quoted by describing Chinese officials as "appalling old waxworks", has apparently found himself not good enough to get the waxwork himself at Madame Tussauds Museum in Shanghai. According to Sky News, Prince Charles' late wife, Princess Diana, and their elder son, Prince William, are on display at the museum in the Chinese city, although Charles is nowhere to be seen.

The four year old Kangaroo who had been attacked by a wolf last year has undergone plastic surgery by Los Angeles-based surgeon, Theodore Corwin, better known for performing face-lifts, tummy tucks, breast enhancements and other cosmetic procedures on humans. The surgeon spent two hours operating the marsupial, named Feznik, who lives on a Californian farm for Hollywood animals used at corporate events, in movies and advertisements.
