A Broward County judge, who ruled over a paternity trial last month involving Anna Nicole Smith, was caught smoking a joint in a Hollywood park Sunday. Judge Lawrence Korda, who has served on the bench since the 1970s, was caught smoking marijuana under a tree near Interstate 95. Police said the smell of cannabis, lead them to Korda.

Israeli ambassador to El Salvador Tsuriel Raphael has been removed from his post after the long-time diplomat was found drunk and naked, wearing only bondage gear. Israeli Ministry spokeswoman Zehavit Ben-Hillel confirmed the removal of Raphael after El Salvador police found the ambassador outside his residence in the Israeli embassy compound bound, gagged, drunk and naked, except for several sex toys he was reportedly wearing at the time.

A Wisconsin man is thankful he survived a 16-story fall, but he's even more thrilled he doesn't remember the how or why of the incident. Joshua Hanson, who is recovering from the life-threatening injuries he suffered due to a fall from a window on the 17th floor of the Hyatt in downtown Minneapolis, says he is thankful to God that he has no memory of the plunge. "I feel really lucky I don't remember it because I probably would have some pretty serious nightmares," AP quotes the 29-year-old bar owner as saying.

A Dallas-bound American Airlines flight from Tokyo was forced to make an emergency landing in Honolulu after its pilots heard some noise in the cockpit; which later turned out to be a squirrel. Airline spokesman John Hotard told The Honolulu Star-Bulletin, the pilot made the decision to land midway as he feared that the animal could have chewed through wiring or caused other problems.

Chefs in Thailand have made a 10-course dinner that costs diners $25,000 to eat. Among the delicacies included were Perigord truffles that are worth about $350 each. Six three-star chefs were commissioned to cook the dinner. It was served at the Lebua luxury hotel in celebration of the "Epicurean Masters of the World" event.
