A new Dutch program tests the limits of reality television by following a woman searching for a potential sperm donor in order to conceive a child. Billionaire television producer John de Mol, behind the pioneer show Big Brother, launched the show earlier this month on his new TV station Talpa.

Ernest Demar Boyd, 32, has been charged with breaking into a woman's house and falling asleep in her bed. The robber/burglar broke into the home of the Arnold, Pennsylvania woman and fell asleep on her bed.

A woman is arrested after allegedly chasing tree trimmers with a chain saw and twisting the fingers of an arresting officer, police say. Diane Kaiser, 57, is accused of assault with a deadly weapon, theft and resisting arrest. She is released after posting bail.

The son of Annette and Jeff Carter, former President Jimmy Carter's youngest son, has been placed under house arrest after a plea agreement reached Friday in Fayette County Superior Court. Jeremy Carter, 18, of Peachtree City was arrested in December of 2004 after being discovered in the home of a former friend with marijuana and alcohol.

Mark D. Plumb, 20, of Butler, Mo. , was arrested and charged with simple battery Wednesday after he ran barking from a house and bit the letter carrier on the shoulder, police spokesman Lt. Todd Duplantis says. Plumb says he bit the carrier as a joke, and has no history of criminal activity or mental illness, police say.
